トランプ大統領の政策は、不法滞在の外国人が医療機関を訪れた場合には国外退去させるといった内容があり、今回の緊急事態においても、COVID-19の検査を受けることを躊躇したり、治療を受けられないのではないかと心配している人たちがいます。しかし、人道的な意味でも、すべての人の健康を守るためにも、それではいけないとアンジェリカさんは語ります。最初の部分を聴いて、（　　）の中を書き取ってください。

アンジェリカさんは、1986年に設立されたThe Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA)という団体の事務局長です。彼女の話を聴いていると、思い起こされるのは日本の入国管理局のこと。在留資格のない外国人が長期に収容されている入管で、人権侵害に抗議するためのハンストが繰り返しおこなわれています。今回のコロナウイルスの影響はどうなのだろうと、大変気にかかります。誰の命であっても、かけがえのないもの。人道的な見地からも十分で、平等な対策が取られることを望みます。
